- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. - Shipping the Item
Ship the item back to us at the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. - Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
